We start and end our day in a bedroom – choose the color palate for your space and select something that makes you feel safe, warm and relaxed. Go for cool shades like blue, purple, green and neutrals for bedding and the walls – that keep you calm and also relax your nervous system. Check your wardrobes color and design. Cool shades also lower blood pressure and heart rate. The cool colors are the best friends of love and romance and the dark colors create anxiety and restless sleep.

5. Listen to your other senses

Listen to your senses and act accordingly. Is your room quiet enough and what’s the smell in your room? Use lavender as a room freshener as it a soothing agent.
